J. Kevin Kaye has been appointed president of Citizen Watch Company of Canada.
“Kevin’s promotion to president recognizes his incredible achievements in the Canadian market during the past two decades,” said Jeffrey Cohen, president of Citizen Watch Company of America. “He has led his team to become a profitable and integral part of the Citizen group.”
Kaye joined Citizen in 1992, opening the Canadian division and overseeing sales, marketing, product development, distribution, and finance. He served previously as executive vice-president and general manager and helped Citizen grow to become one of the largest mid-priced watch brands in Canada.
Kaye is a former president of the Canadian Jewellers Association (CJA), president of Jewellers Vigilance Canada (JVC), and president of the Canadian Jewellers 24 Karat Club.
Kaye’s position as president is newly created. He reports directly to Cohen.
