Endless Jewelry’s founder says he is leaving the company and selling his shares.

Jesper Nielsen made the announcement on his personal Facebook page.

“I leave Endless with only positive thoughts and respect for the owners, who I am honoured made the choice to invest in Endless and help build the brand, and who I have enjoyed working with,” he wrote.

“I have not been a part of the daily business and sales for more than half a year, and as such, my leaving does not change a lot for the business. Endless will continue in the direction set, and I am confident the ownership will make the right decisions to take our fast-growing child, who is now an adult, to the next level.”

Nielsen—who was previously a Pandora executive—hinted a new venture is on the horizon, but did not elaborate.

According to the post, Endless Jewelry has more than 3500 partners in 31 countries in five continents.

“I am extremely proud of what we have accomplished with Endless Jewelry, and first of all, I want to thank the team of dedicated and hardworking employees and managers, who have been a part of building the world’s fastest-growing jewellery brand,” Nielsen continued. “Together, we have made history, and you have all been amazing and an important part of this. Thank you!”

Endless Jewelry also took to Facebook with its own post, saying Nielsen had also resigned his position as a board member. It also says Nielsen’s departure had been in the works for some time.

“Together with the board of directors and the major investors, [company CEO] Paul Moonga had some very constructive and positive discussions with Jesper Nielsen in regard to Endless Jewelry’s future. As a consequence of these discussions, Jesper Nielsen has decided he would like to dedicate his focus on other business activities and it has been agreed with him that it is time to end the collaboration.”
