The competition asked students to follow Spring/Summer 2014 trends and design a gold-plated silver cuff with pearls for everyday wear. The winning design will be produced and sold on mejuri.com. Moezzi and Frank will each receive their design, as well as ongoing royalties and marketing from Mejuri.

Pink Tartan founder and creative designer, Kimberly Newport-Mimran, and gemmologist, Ken McGrath, served as judges.

Designs were judged based on their online popularity, technical detail, and design concept as it relates to current fashion trends.
