An Edmonton-based jewellery company is set to release a new collection with the hopes of ‘reconnecting a disconnected world.’

Paris Jewellers has collaborated with psychologist, speaker, and author, Dr. Jody Carrington, on the ‘Connection’ collection, with 10 per cent of net proceeds donated to the Outreach Centre, an Alberta-based agency that supports women affected by family violence.

The paperclip link collection, which features a pair of gold-plated sterling silver hoops and a bracelet with a removable heart charm with cubic zirconia (CZ) crystals, symbolizes how humans are inextricably linked and wired for connection, Paris Jewellers says.

“We designed the ‘Connection’ collection to be linked together so when people feel disconnected or away from the people they love, they can wear a piece and remind themselves we’re wired for connection,” Dr. Carrington says.

The collection will launch April 5.  For more, click here
