Swiss luxury goods group Richemont has recently announced its acquisition of Italian jewellery maison Vhernier S.p.A. This addition to Richemont’s portfolio integrates Vhernier alongside jewellery maisons like Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Buccellati.

All Vhernier pieces are handcrafted in Valenza, Italy. The brand’s designs are known for bold, sculptural forms and unique fusions—where innovative materials such as titanium, bronze, and ebony are paired with traditional precious metals and gemstones. Currently, Vhernier is sold through exclusive boutiques and select multi-brand stores primarily in Europe and the United States.

Richemont chairman Johann Rupert says, “Vhernier’s unique aesthetic perfectly complements our existing collection of renowned jewellery maisons. We are delighted to welcome Vhernier’s talented team into the Richemont family. We very much look forward to working together to realise the full potential of this exceptional maison within the thriving branded jewellery market.”
