American Gem Society (AGS) has bestowed its Triple Zero Award on American Gem Trade Association (AGTA) chief executive officer, Doug Hucker.
“Doug is a good friend to not only the American Gem Society, but he’s a tireless advocate for the members of the AGTA,” said Ruth Batson, CEO of AGS and AGS Laboratories.
Hucker will be recognized at the society’s Circle of Distinction Dinner on July 29 at the Plaza Hotel in New York City.
The Triple Zero Award signifies the highest grade a diamond can receive in American Gem Society nomenclature. It was established to recognize members of the industry for their accomplishments and contributions.
