Ruben Bindra, of B&B Fine Gems, has been elected to serve a second term as president of the American Gem Trade Association’s (AGTA’s) board of directors.
Based in Los Angeles, Bindra first became a member in 1995 and has been very active with AGTA since then. He was elected to the board in 2009 as a director, and has been a member of the Show Committee and the Spectrum Committee.
Since first being elected as board president, Bindra has been instrumental in increasing the association’s exposure among consumers and the trade, as well as advocating for the importance of disclosure.
