Another jewellery store in Mississauga, Ont., was victim of armed smash-and-grab robbery. A group of suspects, wielding weapons, allegedly stormed Heartland Town Centre shopping mall’s Malabar Gold and Diamonds, and made off with an undisclosed amount of merchandise and money.
As per CTV News, police report no injuries have been reported as a result of the robbery. Information regarding the exact number of suspects, or their descriptions, has yet to be released. While witnesses at the scene indicated that weapons were involved, the specific types of weapons have not been confirmed. At this time, no descriptions of the suspects have been released.
