Catching up with… Chau Lui of Paris Jewellers

Jewellery Business recently spoke to Chau Lui, the director of operations for Paris Jewellers[1]. Lui, who is also on the board of directors for the Canadian Jewellers Association (CJA), co-owns the business with her sister, Trang Wong.

Earlier this month, Paris Jewellers celebrated the opening of a new store[2] in Edmonton, Alta. The company now has 23 locations in four provinces. We spoke to Lui about what it was like to open a new site amidst the pandemic and asked how the COVID experience has differed from province to province (hint: apples and oranges!).
