Citizen Watch Co., has named Jeffrey Cohen as president of Bulova Corp.
Cohen will also continue in his role as president of Citizen Watch Company of America. Citizen Watch Co., is parent company of Bulova Corp.
“Jeffrey’s new position as president of both companies will provide an excellent opportunity for our company to take broader advantage of his exceptional vision, managerial skills, and industry-wide relationships,” said Toshio Tokura, president of Citizen Watch Co.
“Both the Bulova and Citizen brand teams will now share a common vision: offering the most compelling collection of brands and products that are loved, favoured, and respected throughout the world,” he continued.
Citizen Watch Company of America and Bulova Corp., will continue to operate as separate companies. The 35-year industry veteran was promoted to president of Citizen Watch Co., in 2011 from his previous position as executive vice-president. Prior to joining Citizen Watch Company of America in 2010, Cohen served as worldwide president of the Movado Watch brand.
John Wille, who was serving as interim president of Bulova Corp., until a permanent successor was named, will resume his position as Bulova’s COO.
