This year’s IPDC will be judged by Jean Francois Bibet, workshop and production director at Cartier; Patricia Faber, co-owner of Manhattan’s Aaron Faber Gallery; Peggy Grosz, senior vice-president at Assael; Maria Tsangaropoulos, supervisor of instruction at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA’s) New York City campus; and Severine Ferrari of Engagement 101 online magazine.

Live judging is scheduled for Nov. 28. The winners from the U.S. cohort, as well as the international and student divisions, are set to be announced by Dec. 7.
