Canadian company Crossworks Manufacturing made a stop in Shanghai to help launch its ‘Magic Square’ collection in partnership with Chow Tai Fook.

The hearts and arrows ideal square-cut diamonds will be marketed under the De Beers Group’s Forevermark brand in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Each diamond is set in platinum and targets the metropolitan woman in Greater China.

“The Magic Square brings a new dimension to the Chow Tai Fook diamond offering to the consumer in Greater China,” said Alan Chan, group brand director of Chow Tai Fook.

“The launch today continues our promise to bring the most exclusive diamonds to our trusted and valued consumer.”

In July, Crossworks signed an exclusive supply and licensing agreement with Chow Tai Fook to provide the ideal square, which exhibits the hearts and arrows pattern. Chow Tai Fook has 1850 points of sale in more than 400 cities in Greater China, Singapore, and Malaysia. Its parent company—Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Ltd—is publicly listed.

“The Magic Square took our company over three years to create,” said Uri Ariel, president of Crossworks. “It is our honour to have partnered with Chow Tai Fook and Forevermark to launch this diamond here today, as it is our commitment to provide the world with the most beautiful diamonds.”
