Rare music and film memorabilia take centre stage at Kruse GWS Auctions’ “Artifacts of Hollywood & Music” sale. The sale is set to feature nearly 400 lots, including two gold rings owned by Elvis Presley—estimated to fetch between US$35,000-60,000 (C$47,400- 81,300).
Several other lots are credited to Presley, including a microphone from his Las Vegas residency and a pill bottle dated March 1977.
Auctioneer Brigitte Kruse emphasized that Presley lots continue to be highly valued. Jewellery owned by the star is “still proving to be one of the most powerful asset classes on the face of the planet,” she says in conversation with Reuters.
