Fiera di Vicenza rebrands shows

Fiera di Vicenza is rebranding its shows, starting with ‘First,’ which will now be known as ‘Winter.’

VicenzaOro is giving itself a makeover starting with a new name and logo.

Once known as ‘First,’ ‘Charm,’ and ‘Choice,’ the fair’s three editions will now be named ‘Winter,’ ‘Spring,’ and ‘Fall.’

The renaming of the fairs and design of a new logo are another step in VicenzaOro’s bid to expand its brand awareness.

“The importance of brand awareness and its gradual worldwide evolution, which in the last two years has led to a new and more decisive positioning of the brand in terms of competition, together with the FDV 2011/2015 plan, have urged Fiera to intervene in the advertising and image of VicenzaOro,” show organizers said in a press release.

“The new [names] and format, therefore, represent a change along the road of continuity and success and”¦ a heritage seen in a contemporary light that exactly expresses the true sense of the VicenzaOro universe.”

The new logo comprises the outline of a point of light with the original Fiera di Vicenza logo. Each edition of the show also includes its own descriptive logo of a ‘W,’ ‘S,’ and ‘F.’

VicenzaOro ‘Winter’ runs from Jan. 14 to 19.
