Police in Guelph, Ont., are on the hunt for a man they say snatched a $3000 gold necklace out of a sales consultant’s hands before fleeing in a waiting vehicle.

The incident occurred around 3:14 p.m. on July 27 at a jewellery store near the intersection of Stone Road West and Edinburgh Road South. Police say the suspect grabbed a men’s Figaro Gucci 24” gold necklace (valued at $2999.99) from the consultant’s hands, then ran of the store and climbed into a waiting motor vehicle.
