Registration is now open for the third Jewelry Industry Summit, coming to the Tucson Convention Center from February 2 to 3. With the theme ‘Pathways to Sustainable Jewelry,’ this year’s event aims to enhance attendees’ ability to improve sustainability in the jewellery supply chain.
The summit will offer an array of features (including seminars and interactive programs) to inform attendees about practical, immediately actionable strategies to build a more sustainable supply chain. Reports will also be offered covering initiatives developed at previous summits, while new ones will be developed.
“The program will allow attendees to engage immediately in some form of action to improve our supply chain,” said Cecilia Gardner, the event’s board chair. “Sustaining our business partners from mine to retail is a central driver of our organization.”
According to Gardner, a primary goal at this event will be drawing in the next generation of jewellers.
