Ellen Kral, group publisher of Jewellery Business and J. David Ritter, president & chief executive officer of the Canadian Jewellers Association (CJA), have signed an agreement naming Jewellery Business the Association’s official publication.

Canadian Jewellers Association (CJA) and Jewellery Business—Canada’s award-winning jewellery magazine—are pleased to announce a strategic partnership that names Jewellery Business the official publication of the Association.

In that role, Jewellery Business will work hand in hand with the Association to the betterment of the industry through various joint efforts. These will include a regular column by CJA President & chief executive officer, J. David Ritter.

“I am delighted to have a partner such as Jewellery Business to help convey the efforts of the CJA and benefits of membership,” Ritter said. “Jewellery Business is the perfect partner for CJA, as the magazine’s commitment to excellence and integrity is a quality we share.”

“I am very excited about this new strategic partnership and the benefits it brings to both of us,” said Jewellery Business Group Publisher Ellen Kral. “Since the magazine’s launch in 2005, we have worked to earn the trust and respect of the industry. This agreement demonstrates our success in that endeavour, as well our commitment to providing a top-notch magazine that meets the needs of Canadian jewellers.

The announcement comes as CJA celebrates 95 years of serving the Canadian jewellery industry.
