Kingsmen appoints Sian Williams president

Canadian jewellery and watch distributor Kingsmen[2] has named a new president. Sian Williams—a seasoned member of the watch industry with experience at companies including Movado[3], Fossil[4], and Bulova Canada[5]—is transitioning into the role, effective immediately.

“My decision to join Kingsmen was immediate,” said Williams. “I’m working with terrific brands, passionate people, and unlimited possibilities. I couldn’t be happier coming to work every day.”

In her new position, Williams will focus on business development and corporate retail expansion to improve the success of the distributor’s brands, Paul Hewitt[6] and Les Georgettes[7], in the Canadian national market. The transition comes at a fortuitous time for the company, which has doubled in size in the past year.

“Welcoming Sian to the Kingsmen team marks a huge milestone for the company,” said Leonard Isayev, Kingsmen’s head of Canadian distribution. “Her extensive background in the watch and jewellery industry brings a wealth of knowledge to us, and we are excited to embark on this new journey under her direction.”
