Luxury jewellery designer sues supermodel

It seems this clover is not so lucky.

German supermodel Heidi Klum has been sued by Van Cleef and Arpels over claims she copied a vintage clover jewellery design. Filed last month in Manhattan, the suit seeks $25,000 in damages against the television host’s company, Heidi Klum GmbH and Mouawad USA, a company she has designed jewellery for.

Court documents allege both companies benefited from the creation and sale of a design similar to Van Cleef and Arpels’s Alhambra jewellery line.
