NAJA to award ACE It scholarship

The deadline to submit applications for National Association of Jewelry Appraisers’s (NAJA’s) ACE© It Appraisal Conference Scholarship is Nov. 1.

 Calling all gemmology students.

The National Association of Jewelry Appraisers (NAJA) is now accepting applications for its ACE© It Appraisal Conference Scholarship.

The award gives a gemmology student the opportunity to attend and network at NAJA’s ACE© It Winter Educational Conference from Jan. 29 to 30, 2012 in Tucson Ariz.

Applicants must submit a resume, photo, and an essay on why he or she wants to become a gems and jewellery appraiser. Those with any of the following accreditations can apply: GIA, FGA, FGAA, FGG, FCGmA, and RGA.

The scholarship covers the conference fee only.

To obtain an application, visit www.najaappraisers.com[2] or fax a request to (718) 997-9057. The deadline to submit an application is Nov. 1. The NAJA Scholarship Advisory Board will announce the winner on Dec. 1.
