Sothil and Nomination Italy have signed a deal naming the Quebec-based company its Canadian distributor.

Sothil co-owner Sean Polan says the Italian line complements their business, offering clients lower-end price points incorporating vibrant colours and youthful designs.

“The addition of Nomination Italy to our portfolio has been as a result of a comprehensive search for a high-quality jewellery collection at an entry-level price point,” he says.

“This collection will be an excellent addition for many of our current high-end jewellers, as well as allow us to extend our business into more Canadian retail jewellery doors.”

Elda Fistani, Nomination Italy’s chief operating officer (COO), says the brand’s design philosophy is to create jewellery allowing the wearer to express themselves and their personal style.

“It gives the customer the luxury of ‘Made in Italy’ at an accessible price,” she adds. “We are very excited of the partnership with Sothil. Co-owners, Sean and Chris Iliopoulos, understand the importance of brand value, the high quality of a product, and European craftsmanship, which are synonyms to the Nomination Italy brand name worldwide.”
