The search is on for a new chief executive officer (CEO) to lead the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).
“As an international organization that has been committed to the integrity of the jewellery and watch supply chain for nearly a decade, RJC must periodically go through intense self-assessment,” said RJC chair, James Courage. “The organization must evolve with the changing needs of the consumer and supply chain.”
Able to provide strategic vision and leadership for the next chapter of the organization’s development, the successful candidate will be tasked with engaging internationally with key market influencers and other contacts relevant to the jewellery industry, with India and China as priorities. They will work closely with the RJC office based in London.
Applicants are now being sought and the position description is available upon request. For more information or for those interested in submitting a potential candidate or discussing qualifications in confidence, see RJC’s LinkedIn page or contact Michael Allchin at rjcceo@theassayoffice.co.uk.
RJC chief operations officer (COO) Catherine Sproule continues to serve as interim CEO.
