Scott Kay has appointed bridal jewellery veteran Terry Pasch as its president of sales.
“Our mandate in securing Scott Kay’s president of sales required us to find a true sales leader; a proven frontrunner, with a focus on bridal jewellery inventory and distribution sales management strategies,” said company chief executive officer (CEO) David Minster.
“Terry’s significant retail relationships and his proven independent jeweller prowess will embody Scott Kay’s collections. Through select market visitation, evaluation, in-store brand enhancement, and personalized training, our partners will soon be enjoying higher profitability, managed by a recognized, welcomed, and senior retail sales executive.”
Pasch has two decades leading jewellery sales, including 10 years with Fredrick Goldman and nearly three years as director of sales with Gabriel and Co.
“After meeting with Scott personally, I now understand his sincere commitment to his craft, our industry, his beliefs, and family values,” Pasch said.
“These strong personal and professional qualities are now powered by a highly regarded managerial board, all of which makes me extremely enthusiast to join Scott Kay. Through David Minster’s ‘best-of-breed’ recruitment approach, he has assembled a world-class team, some of which I have worked with in my past, and all of whom I am excited to collaborate with now.”
