Spence Diamonds has been named one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies.
A joint effort between Deloitte, CIBC, National Post, and Queen’s School of Business, the award recognizes overall business performance and sustained growth, while evaluating the efforts of the organization against its core values.

This is the first time Spence has received this award. Founded in 1978, the retailer has locations in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and Toronto. Its business model is built on customers being able to freely try on rings from open jewellery display cases.
Award applicants must undergo an evaluation process by an independent panel, while also receiving coaching from Deloitte or CIBC commercial banking advisors during the application process.
