U.S. jewellery manufacturer Stuller has joined the International Grown Diamond Association (IGDA).
The news comes about three months after the Louisiana-based company said it would be selling loose lab-grown diamonds.
“We are very pleased to welcome Stuller to our association,” said patron member and secretary general, Richard Garard, who is also CEO of Microwave En-terprises (US).
“In the last four months since our launch, more than 20 lab-grown diamond companies and technical experts have signed up for membership. IGDA has truly emerged as a collective front for the lab-grown diamond industry, across geographies.”
Launched in February, IGDA comprises lab-grown diamond growers, distributors, suppliers, retailers, and technical experts. It aims to represent the lab-grown diamond industry, promote man-made diamonds as a new choice, and educate consumers about their various unique qualities and applications.
