Swatch Group opens service centre in Montreal

Montreal’s Rue de la Montagne is set to welcome Swatch Group’s new customer service centre.

Located next to the Swatch Store, the centre will service consumers and Swatch Group retailers in the Montreal area. The company says walk-in customers are welcome and quick and partial services will be provided immediately when possible. The Montreal centre is a satellite operation to the Toronto centre, which remains the main service location for Swatch Group (Canada).

The Montreal centre services the following Swatch Group brands:

• Breguet;

• Blancpain;

• Glashütte;

• Jaquet Droz;

• Omega;

• Longines;

• Rado;

• Tissot;

• Hamilton; and

• Calvin Klein.

Swatch watches will only be serviced at Swatch retail locations.

The Montreal service centre’s hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday. It is closed on weekends.
