Tiffany & Co., says it is taking a “truly modern look at love, the proposal, and marriage” with its spring 2015 advertising campaign, which features a same-sex couple.
Shot on location in New York City, ‘Will You?’ shows seven couples at different stages of their relationship, ranging from dating to their wedding day.
The campaign is meant to convey that “modern love is not linear and that true love comes in a variety of forms.”
“No other brand embodies the emotion and trust that Tiffany does for those who are committed to one another,” said Caroline Naggiar, the company’s chief marketing officer (CMO).
“People have always looked to Tiffany to commemorate the most precious and joyous moments in their lives.”
The ‘Will You?’ campaign was shot by fashion photographer Peter Lindbergh. Additional images include couples pictured on a city rooftop, driving in a convertible, at home on a sofa, and in a quiet café. The company says these scenes have a unifying theme in that they capture a moment in time when couples experience an intimate connection and the knowledge they have found ‘the one.’
