Toronto police are asking for the public’s help to identify three suspects who targeted a jewellery store near Eglinton Avenue East and Victoria Park Avenue, where they smashed glass display cases with hammers and made off with several pieces of jewellery. As they fled, one suspect dropped a replica handgun, which was later recovered by responding officers.

Five suspects are on the run after reportedly using a sledgehammer to steal jewellery from Griffin Jewellery at the Pen Centre in St. Catharines, Ont.

Three teens involved in Fairview Mall jewellery robbery

Three teenage boys have been arrested following a daring jewellery store heist at Toronto’s Fairview Mall—the second such robbery at the same location in just a month. The teens were part of a five-person group that stormed the store, masked and armed with hammers. After smashing their way in, they made off with a significant amount of jewellery before fleeing the scene.
