The World Diamond Council (WDC) has elected Stephane Fischler as its vice-president. “Stephane Fischler’s extensive knowledge and experience, not only in the industry, but specifically with the Kimberley Process, is invaluable to the WDC,” said council president Andrey Polyakov.
