Global luxury conglomerate LVMH recently expanded its watch selection by acquiring Swiss watchmaker Swiza, known for its ownership of high-end clock and objets d’art manufacturer L’Epée 1839. While specific terms remain undisclosed, it has been confirmed that L’Epée will integrate into LVMH’s watchmaking division, run by Frédéric Arnault. Arnaud Nicolas, CEO and creative director of L’Epée, will retain his role overseeing the company’s operations.
